Need to Get Rid of Get Windows 10 Icon Not Appearing in System Tray Problems

Questions:Apologies if this has already been asked elsewhere. I don't have the Get Windows 10 icon in my System Tray. I've tried installing all Optional updates, but still no icon despite Windows Update stating I'm up to date.

I've got both KB2952664 and KBKB3035583, which seem to be prerequisites for Windows 7 SP1 users, but noticed the following updates aren't installed:

KB2965788
KB2984981
KB2709981

All three give the error code 80070308. Do I need these updates for the Windows 10 icon to appear? If so, how do I install these updates? I have a Dell Studio 17 laptop running Windows 7 Premium 64-bit.
